Establishes a permanent data link over a G.703 or G.704 E1channel effectively. This converter could be set to a wide range of operation modes suit for the most application.

NIC-FE1S/L provides loop test, such as local/remote digital loop back and BERT test in compliance with V.54 recommendation.
