Vehicle-to-Centre Solution
Description
Vehicle-to-Centre mode is widely applied in police patrol and fire-fighting, etc.
As the transmitter is placed on a vehicle and there is enough power supply, a highpower
onboard system is available for a long-haul transmission. Furthermore a
command centre is available for a higher antenna, which can enlarge the covering
range efficiently.
The typical transmission distance in the city is 5-20 kilometers in NLOS (Non Light of
Sight) condition. If the antenna reaches a height of 200 meters above the ground, it
could have a max transmission distance up to 100 kilometers with little roadblocks and
frequency spectrum interference. |
